While you coordinate with local landscape crews to clear your selected ground area, we ensure your trades have everything needed to prep the foundation and route your dedicated 60-amp electrical path.
We construct your outdoor model to 100% completion inside our local Bloomington, Minnesota facility to protect the framing timbers from unpredictable weather elements during assembly. Once our team certifies the structural integrity of your build, the completed building is loaded onto a heavy-duty flatbed trailer and transported directly up to the North Shore region.
Standard delivery includes positioning the structure cleanly onto your pre-aligned concrete or rock foundation. If your lot features extreme slopes down to the water or requires crane coordination to drop the vessel onto an isolated rocky ledge, we calculate a specialized installation fee to guarantee a flawless deployment.
