Step Three
Our carpenters get to work on constructing your vessel from the ground up using residential-grade framing lumber, thick insulation packages yielding an R21 value, and an absolute foil vapor barrier envelope. While standard delivery includes up to 30 minutes of on-site installation to position the finished building on open, accessible ground, we have extensive experience navigating complex properties.
If your lakeside yard features steep changes in grade, dense tree lines, low-clearance structures, or requires heavy crane coordination to lift the 4,000-pound structure over a fence line, we will assess the logistics during step one. Complex terrain placements simply require an additional coordinated fee to ensure safe deployment.
