LÜTSAUNA will act as your direct coordination partner by performing all necessary on-site preparation work and providing a highly detailed technical specification sheet well ahead of schedule. While you work with local trades to clear the ground, we ensure your foundation pad is perfectly mapped.
We construct your outdoor model to 100% completion inside our local Bloomington, Minnesota facility to protect the framing timbers from unpredictable weather elements during assembly. Once our team certifies the structural integrity of your build, the completed building is loaded onto a heavy-duty flatbed trailer and transported directly to your Minnetonka address.
Standard delivery includes positioning the structure cleanly onto your pre-aligned concrete or rock foundation.
