Custom Design Review
Once we’ve gathered all the details, our design team creates a 3D rendering of your custom sauna. This includes:
- Comprehensive interior and exterior layouts.
- A fully tailored visualization based on your specifications.
You’ll have the chance to review and provide feedback or approval. We want to ensure every detail meets your expectations before construction begins.

Build & Site Prep
Sauna Construction:
Your sauna is handcrafted in our Minnesota workshop, using high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship honed over 20 years in construction and 10 years in sauna building. We’ll keep you updated on progress and ensure your site is ready for installation once your sauna is complete.
Site Preparation:
To guarantee a smooth delivery, your sauna must be installed on a level, hard surface. Options may include:
- A concrete slab.
- Crushed rock (minimum 6″ depth)
- Concrete piers or blocks.
For electric saunas, proper wiring should be in place before installation. We’ll coordinate with you to confirm your site meets all necessary requirements.
Delivery & Installation
When your sauna is ready, we’ll arrange delivery and guide you through final preparations. On delivery day, our team will manage placement and ensure everything is secured.
- Installation: We handle the main assembly so you can focus on enjoying your new sauna.
- Electrical Setup: A licensed electrician hired by you will complete the final wiring for heaters, lighting, and any other electrical components.

Electrical Requirements
For our premium electric sauna heaters (e.g., HUUM, Iki, or Harvia), you’ll typically need a 60-amp breaker (exact specifications may vary by heater model). We recommend working with a local electrical contractor to have this in place prior to delivery.
